2 / Eligibility:
• Current student at Faculty of Civl Engineering, Ho Chi Minh University of Technology and Education
• Students whose hometown are Phu Yen, Binh Dinh, Quang Ngai, Quang Nam, Da Nang, Hue, Quang Tri, Quang Binh and Ha Tinh are given priority;
• Students whose families are affected by the recent storm and flood in Central Vietnam
• Applicants must have Grade Point Average (GPA) above average
• Priority will be given to those who have not received a scholarship before.
3 / Application documents required
• A handwritten form that describes your family background and reasons for applying 
• Academic transcript or admission letter (for new students)
• A notarized copy of household registration,
• Certificate of Below Poverty Line
