Geotechnical Engineering Laboratory was established with the establishment of Department of Geotechnical Engineering in Faculty of Civil Engineering, HCMUTE.
The laboratory is equipped with advance testing apparatus for geotechnical education and research.
Teaching courses: Soil Mechanics Test and Soil Investigation.
Researching field: Advanced triaxial compression test, modified one dimensional consolidation test, CBR tests... for soft clay improvement, geotextile reinforced soil with sand cushion...
