Based on the 937/QD-TTg Ministerial Directive issued by Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on the 30th June 2017 on the change of mechanism at HCMUTE, in this 2020-2021 academic year, the HCMUTE Principal offers a scholarship program for admitted students whose siblings are current students or alumni of HCMUTE. 
Eligibility requirement
Class of 2024 Full-time students whose siblings are current students or alumni of HCMUTE are eligible to apply for the scholarship.
Award
The scholarship is valued at 20 percent off the tuition fee for the program in which students enroll.
The scholarship does not apply for the cases where students retake the subjects, take optional subjects not included in the program or are behind in their study progress.

-A copy of Household Registration Book clearly showing the information of the applicant and his/her sibling(s)
-A copy of the Birth Ceritifcate of the applicant and his/her sibling(s)
-A certificate issued by the local authority that confirms the sibling relationship between the applicant and his/her sibling(s)
Deadline
Applicants can submit their scholarship application at the Faculty of Civil Engineering Office by 25th October, 2020
