The enterprise seminar is a subject strongly deployed by the HCMUTE in recent years, with the aim of helping students get closer to business, equipping practical knowledge about employment after graduation.

  On Thursday morning of March 25, 2021, The Faculty of Civil Engineering was honored to welcome Mr. Cao Xuan Tuan - Deputy Project Director - Head of QA-QC Quality Control Department of Hoa Binh Construction Group - one of the largest construction groups in Vietnam. Coming to this enterprise seminar, Mr. Cao Xuan Tuan played a a role of the first brother imparting experience to the following generations of juniors. More than 500 civil engineering students have been participated in the lesson on 'The career development path of civil engineers'. With experience archived after more than 30 years working in the construction industry, Mr. Tuan has drawn out the basic roadmap to help the students envision an overall job as a construction engineer. Besides, there are moments of heartbreaking about the difficulties that Mr. Tuan has gone through and he wants future engineers to pursue their career with enthusiasm, creativity and positivity from a young age. That is also the premise for good results in the future.

  It is known that in November 2020, HCMUTE and Hoa Binh Construction Group signed MOU cooperation. Since then, the two sides are trying to deploy more business thematic classes to improve the quality of the school's training and create potential human resources for the Group.
